Hi.

How can I change the interference area of a guide line (those you pull from rulers)?
When I get close (acualy not so close) with cursor it changes to "guide manipulation". But this distance is so big. Look at gif below.
If I want to paint near a guide I have to lock them (View>Lock Guides)
