Im trying to use the circle tool but it will only draw solid shapes. this i new so i must have accidentally changed the setting but i can not, despite searching the net for clues, find out how to restore it back to outline. please could someone help me?

Hello, It's in the "Tool Options" docker/button (depending on your settings) when the circle tool is activated.
