Like a ZBrush ex-user, one of the features I like most is the mouse delay option, it helps to get smother lines in some situations, but looking inside of Krita and search engines I'm not able to find something like by myself. Krita has such option?

Yes, select the Freehand Brush Tool and then go to Tool Options and select Stabiliser instead of None or Basic: https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_man ... brush.html - it draws an additional circle around the end of your stroke that shows you the distance that the stroke is delayed.
