Every time I closed Krita, this error notification is showing. I ran Krita from terminal and then closed it, so I got the output of the running program. I have also installed Pyqt5 and pyqt5-sip package from Arch repo, then reboot and launched again krita but the error has no change. This is a bug in Qt 5.13, which you and other Arch users only notice because Arch right now is the only distribution with Qt 5.13. We cannot work around that, we can only hope it'll be fixed in 5.14.
