I've been having this problem for a bit, if I want to change the key bindings of any of my numbers(not the numpad) it half works? it does what I've wanted it to while still using the old shortcut. I don't know how to fix that or if I even can.

You probably have these keys in use for the "Canvas Input Settings", so you need to unbind/remap them there ("Rotate Canvas" and "Zoom Canvas" sections)
