How do you add an icc profile?

Tue Oct 22, 2019 9:52 pm
I’d like to add my printer’s icc profile to Krita’s colour management options. I’m running Krita on Linux using the nightly built appimage. Anything special I must do? I have no idea how to add the icc, at this point.

Thanks?

I think that all you need to do is put it in ~/.local/share/krita/profiles and it should then be available on the next start. You could try that to see if it works.

There's also an option to add it under Configure Krita > Color Management > Soft Proofing directly. Toggle the soft proofing display with Ctrl+Y in an open document to see a preview of your selected printer color space.
