Hello! I'm new to using Krita (I'll be using it for animation purposes)! Is this part of the forum the place to ask questions like this? I'm trying out the vector layer tools so I can ink drawings with them, but for some reason Krita keeps crashing on my laptop each time I try to draw vector lines, even if its just one or two lines using the Freehand Path Tool. If relevant, my laptop is an 64 bit HP Envy 15 x360 PC with 2.20Ghz Intel Core CPU with 8 gb of installed ram. I was also wondering if there was way to adjust the vector tools so you could taper a line with them. Any help will be appreciated!

Tapering lines is not possible. Make sure you're using the latest version of Krita, and if you experience a crash, report it on bugs.kde.org. If you're on Windows, attach the kritacrash.log file and krita.log file, which you can find in %LOCALAPPDATA%, to the bug report.
