Hi!

I think I have found a bug on krita plus (4.3.0-prealpha (git 1fff1c0))

To reproduce it:

* Open a file with unmodified background layer.
* Toggle visibility on background layer
* Save the file
* Close and open it again.


The visibility of background layer is like it wasn't changed.

This can be worked-around by moving the background layer in layer docker. If you do that it can be saved with the proper visibility property value.

I am not sure if this is a bug and if it is worth to report. What do you think?

if you can reproduce it, like you can, it definitely needs to be reported.
