Hello.
I tried updating my krita git version on my gentoo system today, but when I started it up it crashed. I am using the kvantum theme engine and I thought that might have caused some problems with it, so I launched the fusion theme that krita wants to use on my system. When I did, I noticed that moving around the canvas was super laggy and slow. I have had krita disable the canvas accelerator before after updating, so I went to turn it back on but couldn't. The check box was greyed out and would not change. So I deleted my krita build and started all from scratch after I checked all my dependencies. When building I had no errors. So when I had finished building it I ran ../install/bin/krita which launched it with the fusion theme and went to the graphics settings and the same issue of not being able to turn on exceleration was still present. My system specs:
My build command:
So I do not know if this is a bug or what. But I would greatly appreciate any assistance in getting it working again. Thank you!! Cheers ![]()

Krita checks runtime whether the GPU has the right level of opengl drivers installed. I would guess that those broken on your gentoo system.
