Problem with pen sensitivity

Fri Dec 13, 2019 12:16 am
Hey there, I've been using Krita for over a year and I absolutely love it. I've recently changed my tablet from a Wacom to an XP Artist 16 pro, however with my new tablet, the pen sensitivity doesn't seem to be working. This is an issue that I also encountered on the Wacom, but it usually resolved itself if I closed and reopened the program. I have looked through all the FAQ and manuals for Krita, and can't figure out what to do- I am almost certain that I have installed the new driver correctly, as it recognizes the pen pressure when I test it in the driver, however as soon as I open Krita, all sensitivity disappears. I've read that you can reset Krita's configuration, but will this reset all my favourite brush presets?
Any advice on how I can do this would be much appreciated.

Please try those tips: https://docs.krita.org/en/contributors_ ... -solutions

Also remember you shouldn't have both XP Pen and Wacom drivers installed on your system. You need to uninstall one to install another. It's a limitation of the type of the driver itself.
