Experiment with corners as an pencil case

I like to experiment with corners. How to make rectangular but designed as some kind of pencil case on the top right hand-side. Can be achieved this effect?

It would be helpful if you showed a simple sketch of the thing you're thinking about and why you have problems in making it.
