[solved] move with space action

Mon Feb 17, 2020 2:53 pm
Hello, I need some confirmation. With all the painting programs I tested, when Space is pressed, you can navigate the illustration. If you release Space, you can work again with previous selected tool. But in Krita, you need to select again the tool you worked with before pressing Space. Am I wrong ?

When you press and hold the spacebar, you get a temporary Pan Tool (hand shaped cursor) and can use the mouse or the stylus to pan the canvas.
When you release the spacebar, you go back to using whatever tool was in use. So you're wrong.
Why did you think that? Are you having problems trying to do this?

Thanks for quick answer. For some reason, I changed Pan shortcut to Space. Back to default and everything is OK.
