very confusing the configuration of the brushes

I really try to understand how it works, but it's confusing.
I select a brush, change its presets, but it gets worse. Eraser doesn't work, and if it works it doesn't erase right ohhhhh :-\

Erasing does work in krita and there are two basic ways to do it.

1. You can select a brush preset that is already configured to erase, such as any of the three standard-default erasers which can be found by typing 'erase' in the search box of the brush presets docker. These have different erasing characteristics.

2. You can select any 'painting' brush and toggle its mode to Erase by pressing the 'Set eraser mode' icon on the toolbar at the top of the screen. Then instead of putting paint onto the canvas, it will remove paint fromn the canvas. The erasing characteristic will be the same as the painting characteristic.

If you use the brush editor to change the properties of a brush preset then its properties will change and it's up to you to understand what you are doing in order to make the sort of changes that you want or need. This needs time to go through a study, experimentaion and learning process, which is common when you start to use an application that you've never used before.

The manual is here if you want to read and study it: https://docs.krita.org/en/

If you have a particular problem, then you can make a post about that here and give a detailed explanation of what you are trying to do and what the problem is. Ideally, you'd post full screen screenshots that illustrate the probelem and what you'te trying to do.

hello, so some is wrong. When I have a brush or stamp, it works normally, but when I select the eraser with (E) it doesn't erase, it doesn't erase. When I select the rubber with F6, AI YES the rubber works.

ok, i will do that. It is certainly a very interesting software, excluding the problems kkk

I've just tried various brush type presets and stamps. When I press 'E' to toggle them into eraser mode, they erase and they do it well.
Can you give the name of a brush preset that does not perform as an eraser when you press the 'E' key to toggle it into eraser mode?

the link you sent just above, I hadn’t seen it before, has several ways of learning, thanks.

I deleted the brushes created by min, reloaded the presets and it seems to work better, this is working normally.

There is a lot to be discovered at KRITA, I will be present in the Forum somehow. . . I really liked Krita.

Do we have rules regarding image hosting sites, for photo postings about resources or even some KRITA problem?

The easiest way to make any image available is to upload it to an image hosting site (such as Imgur, etc) and give the link here.
You can put images in the post itself using the img tag: [*img]https://i.imgur.com/GmrrVXc.png[/img] (Remove the asterisk to make it work.)
This is for images that are less than about 650 pixels in width.
