Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but - I bought the Atelier brush pack and just installed 4.2.9 update after watching the ‘RGBA brushes in Krita almost FIXED ! Development is fun’ video.
Trying to follow the steps to change colour of the RGBA brushes. In the brush editor panel – the ‘use colour as mask ‘ is greyed out and un ticked, and the ‘preserve likeness’ is missing, so I am unable to follow the instructions – can anyone tell me what I am missing? Spent the last hour or so trying to figure it out - I'd rather be painting
Thanks in advance.

Hello, i think the feature is not in the 4.2.9, it's a work in progress so far, it'll be release in the 4.3 version. if you realluy want to test it, maybe try the stable version of krita : krita plus or krita next availiable here
https://krita.org/en/download/krita-desktop/

you can also follow the discussion about it there

Thanks for your reply.
I obviously misunderstood – I thought the feature was live in the 4.2.9 version. All the techy stuff is a bit above my head so I’ll look forward to the release of 4.3 version, and thanks for clearing that up.

Mask, Colour and Lightness options are available (for RGB brush tips) in the 4.3.0 'stable' Plus version which is available here:
Windows: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krit ... ows_Build/
