Hi there!
I'm running Krita 4.2.9 on a macbook pro with Mojave OS. I just started using vector tools and I'm having an issue with clearing lines/shapes/objects that are drawn in the layer. If I select the things I want to edit and click on Edit-Clear, everything works properly. But if I hit backspace instead, nothing happens (I'm assuming that the correspondent key for this operation is the backspace, since that's what the Edit Menu button indicates). I've also tried a couple of different key commands just in case, and got no result. It will be really time consuming if I have to go to the menu every time I need to erase something, so if anyone has a clue on this topic it would be extremely appreciated. It's also posible that I'm not figuring something out, since I'm using the software for the first time. Thanks for your time! |

Macs... Apple... The Delete key on a mac is a Backspace key, and it's the Delete key that's missing on a Mac (because having both a delete and a backspace key is so confusing), and it's Delete that's mapped to delete vector objects. On my macbook pro, pressing fn-delete actually makes a delete key from the backspace key, and that does remove the vector object.
