Hi there,

Is it possible to make a .png or .jpg image to be a vector image, so as to be able to scale the image to whatever size and not lose any resolution or get any pixilation?

Thanks!

There are tools to trace raster images and make a vector image out of it, but those mostly work only with simple lineart. If you want to reproduce a more complex raster image, you can start with that, inkscape has good tools, but you'll have to do a lot of manual work to fix up the first trace.
