Hello, I'm pretty certain I have encountered a 'bug' or application issue but wanted to post here first. I am new to Krita, digital drawing/painting and user forums.
I'm using Krita Version 4.2.9. OS is Windows 10(x86_64). I'm on a new Lenovo Flex14. I'm trying to change some keyboard settings in Settings/configure Krita/Keyboard Shortcuts (this problem seems to exist in all configuration options). I am not able to access the buttons at the bottom of the screen, i.e. Shortcut Schemes, 'New', 'Delete' etc. While I can resize the Krita application screen, I am unable to resize the configuration screens. I can select the white menu bar at the top and drag the screen down but not up above the top the screen. Actually, I can drag it up just far enough that I can see the buttons but as soon as I let go of my mouse or touch my screen it jumps back to it's original place where the buttons are hidden. If I try to resize by grabbing at the edge of the top of the screen it will cause the screen to jump down off of my screen. It ends up totally disappearing. When this happens I can not get it back, Krita is locked up and I must use my task manager 'end task' feature to close Krita so I can reopen it. The movement and resizing issues seem to be occurring in all of the configuration screens but the others I've looked at have smaller screens, so the buttons are accessible. Because of the way this is acting, I'm fairly certain it's a but but I am hoping that there is a setting I can change that will fix the problem so I'm submitting it here first. Please let me know if I've left out any info that you would need . Thank you! |
