Anytime I try to open something or create a new file Krita becomes unresponsive and automatically closes

If you need help, you really need to give more information. Like, what is your OS and which version of your OS, what is your version of Krita, what GPU do you have, which tablet you're using, if any, whether you've tried to reset Krita's settings -- because, of course, what you're experiencing is not normal and points to a problem with your system.

Im using Windows 10 ver.1903
Krita ver.4.2.9
Gpu is Radeon RX Vega 8 Graphics on an hp Envy
I have tried resetting the settings but nothing has worked
