I need help on this, these past few week I've rendered some animation and it work both img sequence, gif and video file type using the ffmpeg. But right now i'm having error message on the left side panel saying "failed to render animation frames" even my previous animation tried to re-render it again but still with same error.

Which version of krita and which operating system are you using?
What do you mean by "left side panel"? Can you provide a screenshot showing this?

If it all used to work but now doesn't, something must have changed.
Have you made any changes to the settings, updated anything, etc?
Can you still render to an image sequence?
Have you tried it with a small 'test animation' (six frame moving blob sort of thing)?
