hello, I'm a newbie and just started using krita. I'm trying to make a speech bubble and I can, using the setting-docker-vector libraries. the problem is the bubble doesn't have any outline. it just plain white.. if my background wasn't in color it won't be seen. I'm yrying to find the tutorial but can't find it.

You can try a 'Stroke' Layer Style on the vector layer that has the speech bubbles.
Right click the layer in the Layers docker, near the top of the options list is 'Layer Style', click that to get the Layer Styles selection/control window.

Make sure Enable Effects (at the top of the window) is ticked and then click on Stroke to select its control page and tick the Stroke box to enable it.
Then adjust the parameters to give the desired effect.
