Hey guys, so I have this weird issue that happens all the time, I need to paint a detail, I zoom with ctrl+Middle Mouse button, pan to adjust view with middle mouse button and... I can't do anything, none of the regular mouse operations on canvas work, I can't paint, bring pop up palette with right mouse, color pick, and of course can't pan/zoom, everything else like clicking on the tool bars, layers, etc works fine, as a matter of fact that's the workaround I use to bring back functionality, I just click the layer I'm actually working and voila, paint, right click palette, zoom, pan, everything works, but oh, I try to zoom and then pan and there goes functionality throgh the window again.
I'm on win10, nvidia graphic cards, my file size is huge (6000x4000), does it have to do?

I don't have this happening with krita version 4.3.0 running on Windows 10 with a 12,000 x 8,000 canvas

Which version of krita are you using? If you're using 4.3.0, did it happen with version 4.2.9?
What happens if you use Ctrl+Shift+left-click-drag to zoom and Ctrl+Space+left-click-drag to pan?
What if you use the Zoom slider control to zoom in?

Please do Help -> Show system information for bug reports and paste the output here.

Have you tried updating your nvidia driver to the latest version?

In Settings -> Configure Krita -> Display -> Canvas Acceleration tab, try changing the Preferred Renderer from OpenGL to Angle or vice versa and remember to Restart before checking if it still happens.
Try enabling/disabling Canvas Graphics Acceleration, restart and see if it still happens.

Hi thank you, I haven't tried that zoom method but I tried the space bar to pan and it does nothing, my nvidia driver was indeed not updated, I do have the latest version now but still does the same, I'll try the zoom slider when this happens to see if this work. I didn't know there was gpu acceleration, I'll check it, work a while and update :o I opened the Krita system information and I noticed that in the resolution in pixels says 1920 x 1980, but my monitor is 4k, will this have to do? in the meantime this is the output:
