Can the "ctrl-key" color picker be configured?

Hello everyone.
In Krita there are two ways of accessing the color picker - either by picking it as a tool or by using brush and pressing ctrl key. And I always assumed that those two ways lead to the same result, but this is actually not the case. I configured the "tool" color picker to sample only the current layer, but the "ctrl-key" color picker still samples the whole image, which really bugs me, as switching to the "tool" color picker and back is really annoying if you need to do that a lot. So the question is - can I configure the color picker that is accessed by pressing ctrl key so that it samples from just the current layer?
Thanks in advance and sorry if this post is wrong in some way - I haven't posted here before.

Ctrl+Alt will sample from the current layer. The on-screen icons are the wrong way around and this has been reported as a formal bug report.

Can you by any chance remember the bug number? (might have a go at it).
