Where did you save them to?
On my Chromebook I use /storage/emulated/0/pictures which is My Files -> Play Files -> Pictures
It looks like krita has resources in /data/user/0/org.krita/files and stores autosave files there.
The Android file system is a confusing and convoluted maze.

@teazombie I recently switched to an Android system and had the same thought. Regardless of whether or not a memory card can be installed, internal storage is always located in the smartphone's memory. This part of your memory is guarded. It is located in the /data system partition. My acquaintance, who works as an administrator on this site https://wealthofgeeks.com/free-google-play-credit/, told me about it. By default, all files stored there are solely accessible to the program that created them. You can, of course, make files available to other applications, but only on purpose. Only root can access files if the application does not open them for outside access. It's a piece of cake! You need to spend a little time and you will understand everything! Wishing you success in your quest and remember to take your time!
