Creating Watercolor with Krita

Sat Sep 19, 2020 1:26 pm
Hi guys,
I'm new to Krita and was hoping to get some help on the new watercolor brushes.
I've been trying them out but they seem to behave a bit differently from actual watercolor. I'm guessing I'm missing something or don't know how to use them.
Basically I'm trying to get them to work like how they do in these procreate tutorials but can't seem to do so.

I hope you can point me to the right brushes to use to get that "watercolor look" where there's some light area and the "paint" getting left behind in some area (as well as getting bigger when you put more pressure) like it dues in actual watercolor.
Thanks.
Larry
