Hello,
I have a problem opening a file that I created in Krita. It's an animation project I'm working on. I have found a similar post in this forum suggesting I unzip and rezip the file. I have tried that but it does not seem to work. Is it possible for someone to help me out? I have been working on this project for quite a while and I'm a bit desperate. I have uploaded the file here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/083baa67yd7a ... uJ-Fa?dl=0 Any help you may provide will be much, much appreciated. |

https://www.diskinternals.com/zip-repair/ could repair the file so I could open it again, with some losses. The file simply is too big for the 32 bits zip file format: if you cannot cut up the animation into smaller parts, you will have to enable 64 bits zip support in Krita's setttings.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I have tried with Zip Repair but it still does not open the file. Is there any other way around?

After I renamed the file to something.zip, ziprepair recovered it without any problems. Here's my recovered version:

Oh, and please make sure you use the latest version of Krita to open the file: older versions will not load an image if some layers are broken, newer versions will skip broken layers.
