Hello, everyone. I think this will likely be an easy one for you guys.
I need to layout a project centered on the canvas, with rays extending out (at 30 degree intervals) from that center. I also need to center some ellipses on that center point. So...how? If there is a tutorial on it, I will gladly look it over. |

There is no tutorial to do exactly what you want. There's never a tutorial to do exactly what you want
There are various small tools and facilities that you can use to do this. The online manual is very good at explaining the various parts of krita and is here: https://docs.krita.org/en/ For finding the centre, you can use snap to image centre. Ellipses can be drawn centred on the cursor start point by using the Ctrl key as a post-click modifier. Lines can be drawn at angles locked to multiples of 15 degrees by using the Shift key as a post-click modifier. Using the Assistant Tools, you can place a vanishing point at the centre with radial lines at 30 degree intervals and snap to them when drawing. You can place a concentric ellipse assistant at the centre and snap to the concentric ellipse guides that it makes. For advice and guidance, this sort of thing would need exchange of pictures, not words, so the best place for that is https://krita-artists.org/ where it's much easier to upload screenshots. Initially, I suggest that you learn about and play with the things I mentioned. |

Well, I appreciate the input, ahabgreybeard. Just that little bit got me pointed in the right direction.
The last two days have been spent working on my project, with today being almost exclusively doing colors. |
