I have used the shortcut 2 on the number pad for "Fit to Page" for years now, and have found it quite invaluable when needing to quickly zoom out to see the entire artwork after working zoomed in. (2 along with 5 - "Reset Rotation" - are among my top 5 most used keyboard shortcuts for nearly 10 years now). I have moved to a device where I don't have a keyboard handy, so I took some time to customize the toolbar at the top to makeup for not having a keyboard.
The only shortcut that wasn't available was "Fit to Page". It doesn't seem to be in the program's menus either, and seems to be hidden behind a keyboard shortcut exclusively. Please let me know if I'm missing something. I understand that there is a balance between making people happy and not cluttering the interface, but it would be nice for my specific workflow to make this visible in the "Configure Toolbars" dialog as an option for toolbar customization. Let me know if there is a better place to post feature requests. Thanks for your consideration! |

'Fit Page' is one of the options on the zoom slider drop down so it's a two click solution. This is at the right of the status bar.
A good place to make feature requests is krita-artists.org where you can sign up, sign in and create a new topic with a Feature Request category. |

Thanks for the reply! It's good to know that it is available. I had no idea that the zoom slider has a drop down, I think that this will work well enough.
