Hello good, I have a problem in Krita. The problem is that when I want to open krita I get the following message:
"Failed to create the OpenGL context for the format QSurfaceFormat(version 3.0, options QFlags<QSurfaceFormat::FormatOption>(DeprecatedFunctions), depthBufferSize 24, redBufferSize -1, greenBufferSize - 1, blueBufferSize -1, alphaBufferSize -1, stencilBufferSize 8, samples -1, swapBehavior QSurfaceFormat::SwapBehavior(DoubleBuffer), swapInterval 0, profile QSurfaceFormat::OpenGLContextProfile(CompatibilityProfile)) . This can be caused by not having the proper graphics drivers installed. Install a driver that provides OpenGL 2.0 or higher, or, if this is not possible, make sure that the ANGLE Open GL ES 2.0 emulation libraries (libEGL.dll, libGLESv2.dll and d3dcompiler_*.dll) are available in the directory where the application executable is located or in one of the directories pointed to in the PATH environment variable" Update the OpenGL and it keeps giving me that error. The error started when I wanted to open a panel (I don't remember which one). When I opened the panel, krita closed and the error appeared. At that time I was using version 4.1.5 because with current versions krita was slow. Can you help me? |

No, we cannot help you. Your version of Krita is so old we cannot support it anymore. Use an up to date version of Windows (that means Window 10 or 11), an up to date graphics driver, and up to date version of Krita (5.0.6 or 5.1.0-beta1), a clean configuration and try again.
