When I switch between multiple layers frames e.g. frame "1P" - of the layer "P" and frame "1D" of the layer "D" it wont switch the layers.

If the layer D was selected and I was drawing on the frame 1D it was OK and then I clicked on the frame 1P and started drawing on it, but my drawing will appear on the frame 1D instead, because the layers were not switched together with frames, however I've pressed on a frame of a different layer which should have switched my active layers
