Canvas size by percent don't work, sees data in percentage, as pixels.

(In previous releases, as I remember, it worked properly... )

Hm, if I select "percent" in the image size dialog box and enter 50, the result is an image half the original size, not an image of 50x50 pixels -- or isn't that what you meant?

Update: this only applies to the "Height" field. The "Width" work fine.

Yes, just try to do this in the second, "Height" field.
