Hi!
Compiled with patch yesterday. I checked the corner but didn't see anything. Started Krita, then logging, made two strokes while greatly varying pressure from slight to strong, then closed it with the mouse. Log: http://pastebin.com/C0GQTEki P.s.: Happy [insert whatever celebration you have] everyone!

Hi, Storm!
I have such a feeling that either something really weird is happening there or you used one of the older patches accidentally, because the log doesn't contain the needed information Could you check with the patch, which is surely the latest one? http://pastebin.com/hXCsJ9vS Btw, this patch should activate the logging automatically on start. |

Hi!
I was out of town since, and still am. I will do this when I'm back at home, which will be around 2nd January. Happy New Year!

Hi!
I'm back home. Tried the patch after pulling Master but it failed, I guess the code changed since.

Hi, I have applied the patch Here is the log: http://pastebin.com/Zhg4FHTf (I guess the code turn on the event log manually so I did not press ctrl+shift+T while I was making this! If I was wrong please let me know and I do another log.) And the great news is: I can draw with my tablet and I got pressure sensitivity and the bad news is: I do have that strange vertical line issue you had previously And if I remember well the gimp 2.6 bug in krita's case it seem a bit worse. If you need a screenshot please let me know. |

Hi, Viktoria!
Could you check one more patch? http://pastebin.kde.org/phxs2uw4l It add two workarounds, firstly, for the jumping cursor, and secondly, to the vanishing pressure on the values near 1.0. |

Hi!
With that latest patch, there are no more breaks in the line - however, still have the crazy jumping lines. Log of single, slow (to trigger jumps) stroke: http://pastebin.com/7gbuLqiu

Hi, Storm!
We were discussing this problem with Viktoria a couple of days before on IRC. Right now I'm preparing the final patch, which will go to master soon. I guess it'll be ready in about an hour or less |

Hi, Storm and Viktoria!
I've just pushed the fix for evdev tablet to master, could you please check whether it works? I had to change the conditions for workarounds so now they may not works properly, so I really need your testing |

Hi!
The jumps are finally gone! However... the breaks are back, in the low pressure range. I tested two times, so there are two logs in once paste: http://pastebin.com/HrN33bPc Screenshots (Sorry for the second, I didn't notice it caught the closing dialog.): https://www.dropbox.com/s/vfe3snn1w4wj5 ... ke_v2.jpeg https://www.dropbox.com/s/5gdnb0vbsc4c7 ... _v2_2.jpeg

Hi,
I did some testing too. For me drawing problems occured when I was drawing fast with lower pressure. See the image: and here is some log (this is for a simpler image contains one bad stroke only I just forget to teke a screenshot of that): http://pastebin.com/DhcPv0kh one other thing I have noticed (on top of the toolbox issue) it was hard to select menu items with the pen. For example I wanted to zoom in, the view menu was easy to select but the zoom in menuitem was hard to select with the pen. |

Hi, Storm and Viktoria!
I've added a bit different workaround which should solve the issue and at the same time not affect usual wacom tablets. Please update and test. |

Hi,
there are 2 issues I have found with the latest version: 1. If I draw on the left or on the right hand side of the canvas sometimes the drawing does not follow the cursor. Meaning there is a delay beetween the cursor movement and the appearance of the drawing. (The log here: http://pastebin.com/2ie5JLGW) 2. If I draw for example in the midle of the canvas and I reach the maximum pressure the cursor stopes moving altohether. When I relese it sometimes there is a lower pressure stroke sometimes there will be nothing. The maximum pressure drawing is missing on the canvas. (The log is here: http://pastebin.com/8Q7z4nXN in this case a lighter stroke appearred on the drawing.) These 2 issues does not occur with the wacom driver! But the good news is the previous error does not seem to occur. |

Hi, Viktoria!
Could you test this small patch? http://pastebin.kde.org/pya4arqiy I would also like to know more exactly about this delay of the cursor: is this segment just delayed and painted later or is it just dropped? |
