Hi
I have a little problem with my new tablet and Krita Cintiq12WX. the stylus that poses correctly on the cursor, but it draws the line 5 mm on the right of the cursor. Do you have an idea of the problem? thank you |

There is a known problem when two tablets are connected to the same system. Deevad also reported that problem. Currently the only solution is to disconnect one of the devices.

Thank you for the quick response .
So the problem is that I only have the cintiq installed. I just tried with just the Cintiq (without the second screen) and it does not work better |

Hey, I had this tablet 3 years ago , it's the 12'' little one right ?
I assume you are on Windows O.S. according to your profile, and use the shipped driver. I suppose it's not a calibration issue , you certainly already did it according to the driver documentation/installation . I also assume you already tested with other drawing software ( Mypaint/Gimp for GTK , or Ps/Artrage/etc, for proprietary ) and got better results. Maybe have you multiple wacom driver ? Sometime becarefull of Windows recognising Cintiq as Tablet/Pad display. It was like this on Vista , but it's also 3 year I didn't opened a Ms OS so hard to imagine how it works now. |

Yes I'm running Win7. I put the 2012 drivers but I tested with the drivers.
Well yes I tested and everything works fine in other software. Except Paint Tool Sai, which has decided not to open. but now I do not know if there is a relationship Merci |

A user reported me on the Mypaint forum he solved a offset problem with this : http://forums.adobe.com/thread/621717 ; a problem of driver not 'fully' installed.
May be it can help. |

Hi
Thank you for your response Deevad. unfortunately it has not changed, it's been several days that I seek, but without success. Does anyone has had this problem and Cintiq12 between Krita? but all other software works perfectly with the cintiq. I have really bad luck. |

Yes!
OK! I solved the problem. here is the method that worked for me. that little help for someone else maybe. A reinstall older drivers: pro615-3a_int. http://www.wacom.eu/index2.asp?pid=29&l ... roduct=DTZ 2. reconnect the intuos 3 3. Krita test with the stylus from the intuos in the calibrating 4. testing the pen with the cintiq in the calibrator. Enjoy! |
