If you don't mind a bit older version just opten the terminal (windows key, type terminal, click the icon)
In the terminal type: sudo apt-get install krita type your password and enter. Alternatively, open the Ubuntu Software Center (the shopping bag icon in the left bar) Search for Krita Click "Install" Enter your password If you want to run the latest, greatest, totally un safety tested Krita code, live as it's changed, run the script at this post: viewtopic.php?f=139&t=92880 It should work fine with the latest Ubuntu (11.10) |

Drop by IRC if you have any trouble. You can click the link below to ask someone on IRC for help (I'll be around for a while):
http://webchat.freenode.net?nick=Kargall&channels=Krita Just type "bugsbane" before your message and it will alert me. |
