Hi all
I am Yasser Khalil , your new friend from Syria.
anyway, I installed Arch linux lately with Kde.
so I am very satisfied with Kde but only 1 thing really bothers me which is the mouse sensitivity . I don't mean acceleration .
what I mean is the cursor is moving too fast "not acceleration" , when I put my finger on the touchpad without moving my finger , the cursor is moving quickly .
I tried to change that thru the mouse settings in the System settings but unfortunately there was no graphical control panel for the sensitivity .
any solutions ??

Hi khalil

Is this oversensivity problem only on touchpad, or both touchpad and external mouse?

If only with touchpad, then you need to configure Synaptics driver. This article seems to be quite comprehensive:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Touchpad_Synaptics
It will tell you how to list your touchpad properties and how to change them. There is also information about graphical tools, which you may prefer to xinput CLI interface.
