How to turn off popup context help for desktop icons

Hi: Running the latest stable KDE (linux Mint 14).

Desktop icons popup a description of what they are. This was useful initially, but, now I want it gone. I searched the Settings -> System Settings menus without finding where to shut it off. Anyone know?

If you open System Settings > Workspace Behaviour > Workspace, then uncheck "Show informational tips" this issue should be solved hopefully.
