I'm using KDE 4.12 in Linux Mint 17.1 and accidentally deleted my system tray. I thought I was deleting the HP Device Manager icon from the system tray, but I deleted the entire tray. How do I get it redisplayed/reinstalled? Thanks.

it's a widget just add it to the panel like you would any widget

That's what I figured, but I couldn't find it. I looked in the bottom panel's "Add widgets" and didn't find it. Now, however, I have. This time I used its search field to find it, and, voila', there it was.
