Using VS 2015 on an x64 box

I've recently attempted the build using emerge with the steps found on "Guidelines and HOWTOs/Build from source/Windows" without success.

After following the steps of 'Setting up emerge' the setup seems successful. However, during the 'Installing the base system', the processing fails with this message "CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:359 expat not found!"

Any suggestions are appreciated
