I'm sorry if the site where I post it would be in a wrong place, but could anyone help me with an error in Dropbox?

I recently installed KDE neon on my PC and, trying to configurate all software that I use commonly, an error message was shown after installation of Dropbox saying that it could not connect with the server.

What can I do to solve this problem?
