I cant install Plasma Mobile KDE on my Nexus 5

Hello everyone !
here for 2 years now I enjoy using Ubuntu touch but too limited for me. (mail, more scope, reactivity etc. ..)
In short, I would like to install and test the Plasma Mobile KDE system that looks really promising.
I have a NEXUS 5 terminal under ubuntu touch and I want to install PM KDE. But understanding that slab to English and the site ... I have trouble figuring out how to install it.
First of all I looked on the net to install as on UBports and found via the youtube site: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjc9OeTnx2A
But without success. There is a problem with this software.
So I wanted to install it via this site. But the same if I put my terminal in fastboot ... ok but as soon as I run the command ./pm-flash ben I have not much ... nothing settles.

Do you know why ?

I noticed that if I put my terminal in fastboot and I do adb devices ... it is not recognized. Is it for that? if that's it .. how do you recognize him?
