Make executable and run

I just recently moved to KDE Neon and love it. I just need help with one thing. I have used Linux Mint and Peppermint for a while and download a program from the internet, namely bitnami woordpress, with linux mint once I have saved the installer and click it it says make executable and run, open with another program or cancel. With KDE Neon it only gives my the option of opening with another program. How do I make bitnami wordpress run?

That can usually be done by right-clicking on the file, selecting Properties, then in the Permissions tab checking Executable.

Right click the file > select Properties > check Executable in Permissions tab.
