Tip: How to get Oxygen menu icons when your distro changed them

These commands will get you the default Oxygen icons for the applications menu in which is handy when your distro ( OpenSUSE ) sets the Crystal icons for the menu. Note that these have only been tested on OpenSUSE.

Code: Select all
mkdir ~/.config/menus
cp /etc/xdg/menus/applications.menu.kde4 ~/.config/menus/applications.menu
kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental
