title bar not move with the window

This is my device info

When i adjust the window size, some apps like idea, dolphin, virtual box that use the system title bar may not move with the window
How can i solve it

What window decoration is it? Is it aurorae or a custom style?

This realm's name is Maya. And she speaks Hertz. But Ahamkara makes a fuzz about it.

Only when I use Breeze it works well, if I choose other window decoration, it always get wrong
