Hi all.
If you use custom plasma themes (from kde-look or elsewhere) and you want Lancelot to follow them it's pretty easy to do. (thanks to Ivan's work in creating the images for the default one's) I did it like this... Firstly I cleanly closed plasma and lancelot in krunner. kquitapp plasma and then kquitapp lancelot did the trick. (not sure if they both need to be killed before starting but due to the recently fixed image cache problems I thought it safer) Then navigate to /usr/share/kde4/apps/desktoptheme/default in dolphin or konqueror (This is using opensuse, your distro may place KDE4 somewhere else) right click the lancelot folder and select copy. Now go to ~/.kde4/share/apps/desktoptheme/your_custom_theme_folder and paste the lancelot folder in there. Next, go to the ~/.kde4/share/apps/desktoptheme/your_custom_theme_folder/widgets (You should see it in the same folder as the lancelot folder is now in) and look for the background.svgz image. Right click it and select copy. Now go back to the lancelot folder you pasted in the widget theme folder and paste the background.svgz image inside. Finally, you need to replace the main-background.svgz in the lancelot folder with the background.svgz you just copied in. Move the main-background.svgz somewhere safe (in case it all goes wrong) and rename the background.svgz to main-background.svgz open krunner and restart plasma and then click the lancelot icon. All being well you should now have a themed lancelot menu. It has worked ok with the couple of themes I've tried it on but your mileage may vary. Cheers T
