Using Kcfg in qt on windows platform

I need a perfect solution for using Kcfg concept in qt on windows platform.

Some of the questions on my mind for the better portray of my question.

1. How to integrate kcfg concept in qt

2. how does qt understand kcfg and on windows

KCfg uses the KConfig classes, which are part of the kdecore library. They should otherwise work fine with a Qt based application though, although they will store their configuration files as ini based files under /Users/<username>/.kde4/

i didnt get ur point.Here is my situation.i have a project which was developed on kde in ubuntu, i have the source code. i have to make changes and port it to windows.

I did that , i added all the kde sources to my application.

the sources added to my application are

1. kdecore
2. kdeui

The problem is that how to integrate the kcfg file.

i have the required kconfig files.

Ah, you may wish to talk to the KDE Windows team, they have KDE Packages which you may be able to reuse and customise for your application.
