On a newly created Mageia 2 system, the sign of a running application on the task bar (bottom panel) is just an icon (icon-only task bar(?).
However on my main system I get both an icon or name for a running application. How can I get the same feature on the new system? |

Probably your distro comes with Icon-Only Task Manager by default. To change it, unlock your widgets, remove current task manager and add the classic one (see image).
