evolution won't store passwords

I've installed evolution on my kde Linux Mint 13. A little problem , it won't sore my email password. How do I solve this.

Well, it is not a KDE application so I don't think it will use the KWallet by default, maybe by adding it manually to KWallet it will, though I never tried that.


Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

gnome-keyring is used in Gnome to store passwords, try installing it
