i am using kubuntu 13.04
according to the schedule, the kde 4.10.3 is release in 5/7. but i did not receive the upgrade from apt. is the release date change? or it just compiling? |

As far as I know you need the Kubuntu Backports PPA :
https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/backports But it seems that KDE 4.10.3 is not available yet. |
