I wonder if there is any app where I user can send bugs?

Well, I'm looking for an application to send suggestions for improving the application and send it bugs reported directly to the central corrects ie without user interference. If not, how can I ask the community to developers who can design this type of application to be used with Linux in general or only in KDE?

KDE applications have previously used Likeback, and our crash assistant is capable of filing bugs for crashes (and attaching the backtrace).
