About scolling on the panel

Hi, we have a bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=198661
the issue is that the panel allows you to scroll the applications/windows using the mouse or touchpad. Some people use this by accident when scrolling to documents and want a way to disable it. I would like to know if people use this, are affected by this sometime , some real user data will help when talking again with plasma developers and submiting a fix. Please let's not start any flame, and if you want to add more use also the bug tracker. |
