cant able to update in Backtrack 5 r3

i cant able to use the apt-get commend for updating the OS or to download software. it just says connecting to repository and then the error is comes up
i have attached the example of the error for jovie software. i get this error for all apt-get software update . so what to do for it kaindly give me your ideas

if these repos worked previously I would guess that the servers are down or the links have been changed and suggest you contact them in their forums or on their irc channel BUT it seems that it is no more and you should migrate to Kali
